19 reviews is a small sample and we are not going to dress it up as anything else. It is the honest number, which is why it sits next to the score instead of under it.

Trustpilot is the only review platform we keep a profile on. We have no G2, Clutch or GoodFirms listing, so there is no second score to weigh this one against. Everything else on this page is the kind of proof you can check yourself: named people, named companies, published numbers.

Score and count verified August 2026. We re-check it every quarter and this block goes if it stops being true.

14 case studies, metric first

Every number below is published on a case study page that names the client, the roles we filled and the person who put their name to it. Follow any of them and check.

Proof by the thing you are actually buying

Four ways to work with us. The reviews that matter to you are the ones from the line you are considering, so they are sorted that way.

Contract hiring

Quoted per profile. One monthly invoice.

First profiles land within 48 hours of the brief. A screened contractor can be on your team in 72 hours, employed by us, with payroll and statutory compliance handled.

ClearRoute needed SiteCore and accessibility specialists against fixed client deadlines. First profiles in 48 hours, onboarded in 7 days, and the engagement has run 18+ months.

"Flexiple provided us with exceptional talent, fast turnaround times, and consistent quality."

Supriya Rao, Managing Director India, ClearRoute

ClearRoute case study

Full-time hiring

8.33% to 12% of CTC, charged when the person joins.

Nothing before. We take the brief, run the search and the screening, and your team spends about 3 interviews per hire instead of reading a resume pile.

Ngenux doubled its team without pulling engineers off live projects. Screened candidates in 24 to 48 hours, contract roles closed in 2 weeks, full-time in 4, and the hires were still there 1.5 years on.

"We do a screening call with all the candidates recommended by others, but do not do it for Flexiple as their quality is just so good."

Navya G Kamath, People Leader, Ngenux

Ngenux case study

Managed teams

$299 per person per month on top of salary.

We employ the team, run payroll, PF, ESI and TDS, ship laptops with MDM security configured, and hold monthly check-ins with every person and their manager.

Plivo added 18 engineers across Node.js, Go and Rails as the PHLO roadmap needed them, averaging about a year each, onboarded remotely from day one.

"They spent a good amount of time understanding our requirements, resulting in accurate recommendations and quick ramp-up by developers."

Narayan Vyas, Senior PM, Plivo

Plivo case study

GCC build-out

Managed employment while we build. Then it is your entity.

Entity setup runs 4 to 6 months in parallel with a team that is already working, then everyone transfers to you and we stay on. The economics break even around 25 people.

We have no published GCC case study yet, and we would rather say that than dress up a hiring engagement as one. What the model costs and how the transfer works is written out in full on the GCC page.

The questions you are asking because the team sits in India

These are the seven doubts that come up on every call with a US or UK buyer. Each one is answered with a number, a named client or a policy, because reassurance is not an answer.

Is the engineering actually good, or just cheaper?

Five screening layers, all run in house. A graph of 100M+ profiles builds the pool. A recruiter AI reads every resume against a weighted rubric. Candidates then clear proctored evaluations that leave a report and a video. Only then does a junior recruiter speak to every candidate and a senior recruiter hold the bar. Your team spends about 3 interviews per hire.

"If we compare Flexiple with any other partner we are working with, the selection rate for Flexiple folks is really high. We do a screening call with all the candidates recommended by others, but do not do it for Flexiple as their quality is just so good."

Navya G Kamath, People Leader, Ngenux

Will the timezone overlap actually work?

The overlap you need goes into the brief alongside the skills, and we screen for it the same way. People who cannot hold your hours do not reach your shortlist. Plivo's 18 engineers were set up to work remotely against a US roadmap from day one.

"The time zone difference is huge but he provides a sufficient overlap. He and I work together very well and I appreciate his expertise."

Paul Cikatricis, UX and Conversion Optimization Lead

What about attrition? India has a reputation.

We stay engaged after day one: monthly check-ins with every person and their manager, performance visibility, and a 30-60-90 framework aimed squarely at the early-attrition window. The published record: Ngenux hires still in place 1.5+ years on, Peblio on the same engagement for 2 years, ClearRoute past 18 months and still running, Plivo's 18 contracts averaging about a year each.

Who owns the IP, and how is our data handled?

One agreement, one accountable owner. On contract and managed engagements Flexiple is the employer, so there is no chain of subcontractors between you and the work, and IP and confidentiality terms are set in that single agreement. Laptops arrive with MDM security configured before day one. Legal, accounts and HR are all in house.

Is any of this legally clean on the India side?

On contract and managed engagements we are the employer of record: PF, ESI, TDS and statutory compliance from day one. You run no Indian payroll and receive one monthly invoice. If you would rather own it, we run entity setup end to end, typically 4 to 6 months, in parallel with a team that is already working.

What happens when someone does not work out?

It happens, and you should hear about it from the monthly check-in rather than from a resignation. If it is still not working we run the replacement search, with the specifics following the terms of your engagement contract. We are not going to advertise a no-questions-asked guarantee on this page that your contract does not contain.

What does this cost once everything is added up?

Contract talent is quoted per profile. Full-time hiring is a success fee of 8.33% to 12% of CTC, charged when the person joins and not before. Managed employment is $299 per person per month. Contract and managed engagements arrive on a single monthly invoice covering payroll, compliance, devices and HR. No retainer, and no fee for a search that does not produce a hire.

Where we are not the right fit

We lose deals for these five reasons. It is cheaper for both of us if you find that out on this page instead of in week three.

You need people onshore

Our talent is in India. If the role has to sit in your office, hold a US or UK clearance, or stand in front of your customers, we are the wrong call. We will say so on the first one rather than three weeks into a search.

You want to browse profiles and run your own process

There is no self-serve catalogue here and no database login. We take a brief, run the search and the screening ourselves, and send a short list. If what you want is search access and full control of your own funnel, a marketplace will serve you better than we will.

The work is a few weeks long

Contract engagements have a practical floor. The shortest one in our case studies is 6 weeks, at Bibli. Below about a month, the search, the screening and the onboarding cost more than the engagement is worth to either side, and a freelance marketplace is the faster answer.

You want a GCC before you have the scale for one

Entity economics break even around 25 people. Under that, setup and ongoing compliance cost you more than managed employment does, so we will point you at a managed team and tell you to revisit the entity later. It is the smaller sale and it is the right one.

Rate is the only variable

We are not the lowest number you will be quoted. Clients have found us significantly cheaper than the agencies they compared us against, and that is the comparison we win. Against the lowest bid on an open marketplace, you will beat our price. If nothing else in this list matters to you, take theirs.

The questions people search before they sign

Yes, and here is what that rests on rather than our word for it. Flexiple is a registered Indian company that employs the people it places on contract and managed engagements, with legal, accounts and HR in house. 100+ India teams have been built through it. Every client quoted on this page is named and public: look any of them up. Our Trustpilot profile carries a 4.6 out of 5 from 19 reviews.

That depends on which of the four things you are buying, and on whether you are in the list above titled Where we are not the right fit. Read that first. If none of the five apply, the fair way to judge it is against what a failed hire costs you: 8.33% to 12% of CTC on a full-time hire you keep, versus months of your own team's time on a search that may not land.

Two things, and both are deliberate. We send few profiles rather than many, because we screen before we send instead of forwarding everything that arrives. And we do not give you a login to browse the pool yourself. If either of those is a problem, that is a real reason to go elsewhere and we would rather you knew now.

No. Trustpilot is the only review platform we keep a profile on. If you want a second opinion, ask us for a reference call instead of hunting for a second score.

One discovery call to map the roles, the scale and the timeline. First profiles reach your inbox within 48 hours of intake. A typical hire takes about 3 interviews. A screened contractor can be on your team in 72 hours, and we handle the employment, payroll and compliance around them.

Contract talent is quoted per profile. Full-time hiring is a success fee of 8.33% to 12% of CTC, charged when the person joins. Managed employment is $299 per person per month on top of salary. There is no retainer and no fee for a search that does not produce a hire.

Yes. Ask for a reference call and we will introduce you to a client whose situation is closest to yours, and we will not sit on the call. It is the single fastest way to check everything on this page.

Two ways to finish checking

One of them involves us. The other deliberately does not.
