How quickly can I expect to find contract work/ full-time opportunities after onboarding?
Immediate offer isn't guaranteed, but that doesn't mean you'll wait forever. Our team works diligently to connect you with relevant opportunities as soon as you're on board.
Do you charge for helping me find work?
No! Finding your dream work shouldn't cost a dime. And, it doesn't - not at Flexiple at least. Our services to ambitious engineers are completely free of charge.
- Flexiple Guarantee: Once your project starts, our 100% payment guarantee protects your earnings, even if a client encounters issues.
- Flexible Frequency: We offer a variety of payment structures to fit project needs. Most commonly, payments are issued weekly or monthly, but we can adapt to milestone-based models or other arrangements.
- Hourly Projects: You can expect approvals every 15 days, with payment following shortly after.
- Monthly Projects: Payments are typically issued within 15 days of receiving client approval.
What kind of projects can Flexiple offer?
We want our independent tech talent to leverage their skills on their terms. That's why we offer a diverse range of contract-based projects (remote and otherwise) across the entire spectrum of web and mobile application development and design technologies.
The average contract duration ranges from 3 to 10 months.
If I have a full-time job, can I still take on contract-based work through Flexiple on the side?
Absolutely! Being part of Flexiple's exclusive tech talent network while working full-time for a company is allowed. We can assist you in finding projects that fit well with part-time availability.
Can I still take individual projects on my own or do I have to work only with you?
We are all about making your work dreams come true! You're 100% welcome to take on freelance work outside of our platform. :)
What happens if a contract worker can't work their scheduled hours?
Things come up. We get it. If you need to miss scheduled work for a valid reason (medical emergency, personal emergency, or pre-approved vacation), let the client know as soon as possible. We'll then adjust your fees based on the hours actually worked to ensure fair compensation.
How do I set my rates for contract work on Flexiple?
You set your own hourly rates for contract projects. We offer guidance considering your expertise, experience, project complexity, and regional market rates. This ensures your rates are competitive and reflect your skillset. Once you and the client agree on a rate, it applies throughout the current project for clarity. However, you can renegotiate rates for future projects with Flexiple or the client based on your evolving skills and project demands.

We prioritize secure and timely payments for all our contract workers. This is done in two ways:

How does Flexiple pay Indian contract workers?
For our domestic (India) contract workers, we use NEFT as the standard payout method.
Deductions: We deduct TDS as per 194J. You will still need to file your own tax return and may be eligible for refunds depending on your tax bracket. We are liable to deduct 18% GST for Indians receiving payments through NEFT.
How does Flexiple pay international contract workers?
We use the Deel platform, which offers a wide range of withdrawal options like wire transfers, popular online payment services, and even cryptocurrency. Simply choose the method that works best for you! In rare cases where your country doesn't have a DTAA with India, we'll use the Quidli platform. And don't worry about transaction fees – Flexiple takes care of them!
