TrueFoundry's platform was signing enterprise clients faster than it could staff them. They needed engineers who could build AI systems and sit in front of those clients, so we screened for both before anything reached them.

TrueFoundry's cloud-native platform for ML and LLM applications was landing enterprise clients, and every new one arrived with more complex demands.
Major projects were in the pipeline with clients waiting. A long hiring process, or a hire who did not fit, would have cost TrueFoundry delivery dates.
The hard part was the brief itself: engineers who could build and extend complex AI systems, and who could also hold a working conversation with an enterprise client.

TrueFoundry did not need more applications. We screened for the two things the brief actually required, depth in AI, ML and Python plus client-facing communication, and sent only the people who cleared both.

Each profile had to clear the technical bar in AI, ML and Python and the communication bar for enterprise client work. Candidates who cleared only one were not sent.
